Vijayan Rathinam

Vijayan Rathinam has extensive experience in software QA and testing roles. Vijayan started their career at Safeway in 2013 as a Quality Professional, where they demonstrated proficiency in ETL using DataStage and created detailed test schedules and plans. In 2015, they moved to Progressive Insurance as a Professional Product Test, leading a software QA testing team and ensuring compliance with quality assurance standards. Currently, they are working at Seibels as a Lead Software QA Analyst, where they manage offshore SQA teams and defines overall QA strategies for projects.

Vijayan Rathinam completed an Engineer's Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from RVS School of Engineering and Technology, Dindigul, between 1998-2002. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum in 2019, completed a Police Academy Course in 2016, and received a DXC Bionix Asset Certification from Bionix certification.
