Jeff Belanger

Jeff Belanger serves as the Chief People Officer at Semarchy since July 2023 and is a Strategic Advisor to AceUp, providing expertise on developing human-centered leadership through innovative SaaS solutions. Belanger also holds advisory board positions at CultureHQ, where storytelling and social advocacy enhance employer branding. Previously, leadership roles include Chief People Officer at Entera and SEMrush, where Belanger played a key role in preparing SEMrush for its IPO, as well as Vice President of People & Culture at Buildium. Experience at Pandora involved leading HR Business Partnerships and organizational performance, while roles at IPG Mediabrands and Organic encompassed overseeing global HR and talent management functions. Educational credentials include a BA in Political Science from St. John Fisher University and studies at Richmond, The American International University in London.
