About Your Role:
As a Renewals Manager, you’ll work within the post-sales team to manage the commercial relationship between Sendoso and its tech-touch cohort of customers.
What You’ll Do:
- Execute Sendoso’s renewal processes to guide customers through evaluations.
- Create and build commercial renewal offers for existing customers
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and packaging to maximize retention
- Communicate value to all Sendoso users, from end users to VP+
- Collaborate with other account team members, including Customer Success, Send Curation, Support, Onboarding, Customer Marketing etc.
- Provide best practices for stakeholders across sales, marketing, customer success, recruiting, and HR.
- Variable goals will be based on retention
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS Renewals
- Have managed a large volume of customers
- Highly organized and methodical
- A track record of high sales performance - exceeding quotas, winning sales awards, etc
- An interest in technology - and the science and art of sales and marketing
- The ability to leverage customer data to proactively engage with and renew customers
- Experience in a startup or similar environment is strongly preferred
- Experience managing commercial work (sales, renewals, etc.) in Salesforce
- Familiar with Catalyst and other Customer Success Platforms
- Experience leveraging a sales methodology (eg: SPICED, MEDDIC, BANT, etc)
