Tharshini J.

Tharshini J. has work experience as a Research Scientist at Sengenics since 2021. In this role, they are responsible for maintaining and preparing insect cell lines, amplifying recombinant proteins through the baculovirus expression system, and expressing proteins using both insect and bacterial cell lines. Prior to this, Tharshini worked as a Biotechnologist at CRYOCORD SDN BHD from 2018 to 2021. In this position, they processed, cultured, and harvested mesenchymal stem cells in compliance with ISO 15189 and cGMP practices, prepared samples for mycoplasma testing, and generated CD34+ flow cytometry results.
