Chad Canales MBA MBB is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and lean methodologies across diverse industries. Currently serving as a Lean Champion at Senior Aerospace SSP since September 2023, Chad has previously held positions including Lean Consultant at ITT Aerospace Controls, Director of Operational Excellence at Parker Meggitt, and Sr Principal of Supplier Development at BAE Systems. With a solid foundation in continuous improvement, Chad has also contributed as Operational Excellence Manager at SSR Mining Inc. and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt at Tactegra.
