Laura Minegar

Laura Minegar, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over 28 years of work experience in various human resources roles. Laura is currently the Head of Human Resources, Americas at Sennheiser, where they lead the HR function for the region. Prior to this, Laura worked as a Human Resources Director at Travelers, where they provided strategic guidance to business leaders and translated business objectives into workforce plans. Laura was also the Human Resources Director, US at Sennheiser, where they developed and executed HR strategies for the US operations. Laura has also held positions at Yale New Haven Health and Comcast Cable, where they had responsibilities such as HR Manager and Director of Human Resources Strategic Initiatives, respectively. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in areas such as change management, organizational assessment and design, succession planning, performance management, employee relations, and total rewards strategies.

Laura Minegar holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of New Haven, which they obtained between 2000 and 2002. Laura also has a BS in Business Administration from Bryant University, earned from 1990 to 1994. Additionally, Laura has additional certifications including Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) from Prosci, Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM, and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
