Pedro Chiu

Pedro Chiu has work experience in prominent companies such as Sensel, Synaptics, and Realtek Semiconductor Corp. Pedro is currently working as a Senior Electrical Engineer at Sensel since September 2022. Previously, they held the role of Staff System Engineer at Synaptics from May 2012 to August 2022. In this position, they were responsible for touchpad and fingerprint solutions, including designing SCH, reviewing PCB, debugging customer issues, and developing forcepad designs. Before joining Synaptics, Pedro worked as a System Designer at Realtek Semiconductor Corp. from September 2006 to April 2012. Pedro'sresponsibilities included verifying IP functions at FPGA and ASIC stages, enhancing IP capabilities, and troubleshooting customer issues both in-house and in the field.

Pedro Chiu completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from National Taiwan University between 2000 and 2004. Pedro then pursued a Master's degree in Communication and Media Studies from National Chiao Tung University between 2004 and 2006.
