Stuart Chrisp

Co-Founder & Director at Sensitive Home

Stuart Chrisp has worked in the executive search and leadership development fields for over twenty years. In 1999, they began their career as a Senior Associate at Low Yim Partners. In 2003, they founded Kinross Partners, a boutique executive search firm based in Auckland, New Zealand. As the Managing Director, they worked closely with clients as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. In 2011, they joined Korn/Ferry International as a Senior Client Partner for New Zealand. There, they worked predominately across the Industrial and Consumer business with considerable involvement in Board Services providing a range of executive and leadership and talent consulting services. In 2013, they joined Rothbury Kinross as a Director, where they focused on working in partnership with clients to clearly define the leadership capabilities they require to develop and successfully execute their strategies. In the same year, they also became a Director of Totara Fund Management Limited, a Private Equity business formed to invest into growing private New Zealand companies in the Food and Agri-tech sectors. In 2007, they joined the New Zealand United World College Trust as a Director, and in 2019 they co-founded Sensitive Home, an exciting new brand in consumer cleaning products. In 2021, they joined Pivot & Pace as an Advisory Board Member.

Stuart Chrisp graduated from the University of Otago in 1983 with a Batchelor of Laws in Commercial Law.
