Salil Soman

Salil Soman currently serves as Vice President of Business Development at Sepion Technologies, a position held since July 2022, and is an Advisory Board Member at ReJoule since November 2020. Previously, Salil held the Vice President of Business Development role at BrightVolt and Natron Energy, from July 2018 to July 2022 and August 2016 to July 2018, respectively. A substantial part of Salil's career was spent at ZincFive, Inc., where various positions included Vice President of Product Marketing, Director of Business Development, Director of Systems Engineering, and Test Engineering Manager, with tenure from June 2008 to August 2016. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Battery Test Engineer at Robert Bosch Battery Systems LLC. and Electrical Engineer at BASF and the University of Massachusetts Lowell, among others. Salil's educational background encompasses an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, an MSEE in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, and a BE in Electronics Engineering from Pune University, complemented by Executive Education at INSEAD focusing on Advanced Industrial Marketing Strategies.
