Joanna Rotter has worked in various roles in the marketing and education industries since 2007. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as a Telefund Program Assistant at the University of Dayton, where they coordinated and supported fundraising efforts for the university and maintained communication among Telefund student employees. In 2010, they also worked as a Writing Intern at HR Chally, where they wrote, edited, and compiled information for the University Sales Education Foundation and served as the USEF magazine's main point of contact. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as an Instructor at Marquette University, where they solo-instructed two rhetoric and composition courses, planned daily lessons, and evaluated student performance and graded unit papers. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as a Content Marketing Manager at MSI Data, where they analyzed, tested, experimented, and organized detailed marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, created compelling content for various industries, verticals, and partners across a number of channels, and managed the editorial calendar including blog, video, industry publication contributions, social media, and email. Finally, from 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Sales Marketing Manager at GroundTruth. In 2019, they began working as the Director of Delivery at Sercante, where they manage a team of consultants and a portfolio of global, enterprise clients, proactively tackles process and operations improvements for the company, coaches and mentors the consultants on their team, and consults clients to solve complex marketing challenges and deliver successful projects.

Joanna Rotter has an educational background in English Language and Literature. Joanna obtained their Master of Arts (M.A.) from Marquette University in 2013 and their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of Dayton in 2011. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in Salesforce, including Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) in December 2019, Salesforce Certified Pardot Consultant and Salesforce Certified Pardot Specialist in July 2019, and PMI certified: Foundations, Market, and Launch from Pragmatic Marketing.
