Doug Adams

Doug Adams has 22 years of work experience in the legal field. Doug started their career as an Associate at Littler in 2000 and worked there for three years. In 2003, they joined Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP as an Associate and stayed until 2006. From 2006 to 2020, they worked at MicroStrategy as Vice President & Associate General Counsel. Currently, they are Vice President & Associate General Counsel at Serco, a position they have held since 2022. Doug also served as the Director of Serco People Fund starting in 2023.

Doug Adams completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree at Georgetown University in 1997. Doug later attended Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law between undisclosed dates, where they did not obtain a specific degree or field of study. Additionally, they acquired a certification in "Learning Slack" from Lynda.com in 2019. Currently, they are scheduled to attend Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, from 2023 to 2024.
