Caitlin Larsen

Caitlin Larsen has a diverse work experience. Caitlin currently holds the position of Head of People at Serotonin since 2022. Prior to that, Caitlin worked at City Year for a significant period. Caitlin served as a Program Director from July 2016 to June 2022, overseeing various programs and initiatives. Before becoming Program Director, they held the role of Program Manager from June 2014 to June 2016, contributing to the organization's goals and objectives. Caitlin's journey at City Year began as a Corps Member in August 2012. During their time as a Senior Corps Member from July 2013 to June 2014, they demonstrated exceptional leadership, managing a team and developing successful academic programs. Before joining City Year, Caitlin worked as a Phone Program Caller at St. John's University from October 2010 to May 2012.

Caitlin Larsen completed their secondary education at Holy Names Academy from 2004 to 2008. Following that, they pursued higher education at St. John's University and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in American Government and Politics (United States) from 2008 to 2012.
