Dustin Goodwin

Dustin Goodwin has a diverse work experience in the Web3 and blockchain industries. Dustin currently holds the position of Head of Recruitment Services at Serotonin, where they lead the company's new Web3 Recruiting Services. Previously, they worked as the Director of Talent Acquisition - Engineering at Chainlink Labs, supporting the ChainLink network. Dustin also co-founded ETHDenver, the world's largest Web3 gathering, and held the role of Co-Founder & Steward. In addition, Dustin has experience as an Advisor at FAIM, a cutting-edge neural network company, and as an Instructor at the Crypto Training Center. Dustin has also been involved in the blockchain industry as a Senior Advisor - Blockchain at Digital Currensy Inc. and as a Co-Founder of Opolis, a decentralized protocol for employment. Prior to their involvement in the Web3 industry, Dustin worked as the Practice Manager at Fahrenheit IT, leading ERP/CRM and Salesforce.com efforts for the company nationally. Dustin also had a role as Head of Recruitment at AbsenceSoft, a provider of technology solutions for managing leave laws.

Dustin Goodwin obtained a certification in Ableton Music Production from Dubspot in 2011. In 2019, they also obtained additional certifications in cryptocurrency from the Crypto Training Center, including "Intro to Cryptocurrency I", "Intro to Cryptocurrency II", "Intro to Trading Crypto I", and "Intro to Trading Crypto II".
