Martha Eidson

Martha Eidson has extensive experience in customer care and support roles. Martha started their career in 2003 at FedEx Express as a Senior Manager for Customer Service LATAM, where they worked until 2010. Martha then joined Sony as the Head of Consumer Support Operations for the Americas, a position they held until 2015. From 2015 to 2019, Martha worked at BD as the Head of Customer Care. Most recently, they joined Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC in 2020 as the Director of Customer Care.

Martha Eidson holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. Martha also obtained a certification in Contact Center Management from the Universidad Anáhuac. Additionally, they hold a certification as a COPC Registered Coordinator from COPC Inc., which was obtained in 2005.
