Overview of the job

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (Senior Manager-Director) to join our team, focusing on financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic finance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling, and IPO processes, with a preference for experience in the tech industry. This role is pivotal, working closely with C-suite executives to define and shape the company's financial strategy and position.

In this Role, You Will Get To:

• Develop comprehensive financial models and perform benchmarking and process analysis.
• Forecast quarterly and annual revenues and expenditures.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management and C-suite executives.
• Explore and evaluate investment opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions.
• Analyze market trends, industry benchmarks, and competitive landscape for strategic planning.
• Guide the company through IPO processes and ensure compliance with listing requirements.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management and C-suite executives.
• Coordinate with executive teams on long-term financial planning.
• Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the C-suite members to shape and implement financial strategies.

You'll Be Successful If You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA is preferred.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic finance.
• Proven expertise in IPO processes and knowledge of stock market listing criteria.
• Experience in the tech industry is highly desirable.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and advanced skills in MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills.
