Samantha Labus

Samantha Labus, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Compensation and HRIS at Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning, a position held since November 2023, after previously working as the Sr Manager of Compensation Services. Prior to this role, Samantha worked at Progress Residential® from March 2021 to February 2023, focusing on Compensation Strategy and Channel Network Development. Samantha's career began at Grainger, where work spanned from August 2010 to February 2021 in Sales Compensation and Category Management. Educationally, Samantha holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, obtained between 2013 and 2015, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Carthage College, completed in 2011.
