Joel Strickland

Joel Strickland currently serves as the Sales Development Manager at Service Express, a role begun in April 2020, where responsibilities include hiring, training, coaching, and leading a team of sales development representatives to drive opportunities, pipeline, and revenue. Joel has previous experience as a Sales Development Representative at Service Express, connecting IT professionals with cost-saving solutions. Prior to that, Joel worked as an Account Manager at Lighthouse Group, focusing on client retention and proactive services. Joel was the Head Coach for the girls varsity soccer program at Thornapple Kellogg High School from February 2010 to June 2022. Additionally, Joel held various positions, including Executive Pastor, Campus Pastor, and Youth Pastor at Thornapple Valley Church from October 2005 to May 2019, overseeing church operations, staff, and youth ministries. Joel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Bible/Biblical Studies and Youth Ministry from Cornerstone University.
