Before that, they were the Head of Sales and Marketing - Encoders at Renishaw, responsible for marketing and aligning product development with commercial objectives. Rob also held the position of Marketing Director at Huawei, leading the marketing function for an elite team of consultants engaged with global telecoms businesses. Additionally, they worked at Alcatel-Lucent in various roles, including Global Marketing Director, Strategic Marketing Director, and Business Development Director. Rob started their career as a Commercial Manager at AlanDick Group.
