Joon Park

Joon Park, Ph.D., is a seasoned professional in UX research and design, currently serving as the Director of UX Research at ServiceNow. With a strong background in leading research initiatives, Joon has held prominent positions in major technology companies, including Sr. UX Research Manager at Google, Principal Design Research Manager at Microsoft, and UX Manager at Facebook, where responsibilities spanned identity research and ads & business. Earlier in the career, Joon was the Head of Digital Commerce Design Research at Capital One. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Human-Computer Interaction from Drexel University and a Master of Science in Information Management from Syracuse University.
