Nishith Jain

Nishith Jain is the Vice President and Head of Corporate Strategy for Asia Pacific & Japan at ServiceNow, where responsibilities include defining strategic direction, driving execution for growth initiatives, and managing corporate development, including mergers and acquisitions. Prior to this role, Nishith served as Director and General Manager for APJ Server Solutions at Dell EMC, leading various aspects of the APJ Server business, and held multiple leadership positions within Dell, including directing worldwide strategy and business development. Nishith’s earlier experience includes significant roles at Hewlett-Packard as Senior Manager for Strategy & Consulting, and Bain & Company as Manager and Case Team Leader. Nishith holds an MBA in Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology.
