The board of directors at ServiceNow has a history of experience in venture capitalism, accounting, and electrical engineering. They have also been involved with companies such as Unqork, mmhmm, Circle, Samsara, Confluent, Elastic, Zoom Video Communications, Sonatype, Matillion, JLL, and UBS. In addition to this, members of the board have also been visiting professors at Princeton University and have experience as directors at Veeva Systems and TriNet.
