The leadership team at ServiceNow has a history of working in various industries, including sales, backup and recovery systems, data domain, corp communications sales, and public policy. They have also worked for companies such as Drift, EMC, Data Domain, Thomson Financial, Operator Collective, Confluent, Vulcan, Inc., Halpern, Denny & Co., SAP, Bronner, Dykema, U.S. Department of Justice, Salesforce, Microsoft, and Umee. In terms of education, the team members have degrees in English, Economics, Government, and Climate Change from St. Olaf College, Suffolk University, and University of Plymouth respectively.
