Jerome Helton

Jerome Helton has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and portfolio management. Jerome started their career at Wells Fargo as a Portfolio Manager for Fine Art Investments from 2004 to 2008. Jerome then worked in various roles in talent acquisition, including at TigerConnect, NuORDER Inc., TaskUs, Shift Media, Gem HQ, Melrose PR, and StartupTAP. At ServiceTitan, they served as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition and previously as the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition. Jerome also worked as a Client Partner for North American Recruitment at deltatre. Overall, Jerome has experience in talent acquisition, client engagement, advisory support, and portfolio management.

Jerome Helton attended Platt College until 2004. Jerome then pursued a Bachelor of Fine and Studio Arts, as well as Business Administration, at the University of Southern California. Jerome completed their education there in 2011.
