Bonnie Andriachuk

Bonnie Andriachuk has extensive experience in various leadership roles. Bonnie is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Legal & Corporate Secretary at Servus Credit Union. Additionally, they are an Independent Board Director at the Public Sector Pensions Plan Corporation.

In the past, Bonnie has held positions at organizations such as the Edmonton Stollery Children's Hospital Foundation, Alberta Pensions Services Corporation (APS), AMA - Alberta Motor Association, and The City of Edmonton. At APS, they served as the General Counsel & Corporate Secretary and was also a Board Member, Vice Chair of Board, and Chair of the Governance Committee.

Bonnie has also worked at Enbridge Inc. and Enbridge Pipelines, where they held various roles related to risk management, compliance, and integration. Bonnie has played a key role in leading risk management for a major pipeline merger and ensuring successful integration processes.

Additionally, Bonnie has worked as a Governance, Risk, Compliance & Career Consultant, where they provided assistance to boards, coached start-up tech companies in governance structure, and offered career coaching to middle and senior management in both private and public sector organizations.

Bonnie Andriachuk, K.C., ICD.D (she/her) obtained their LLB degree in Law from the University of Alberta between 1986 and 1994. In 2012, they completed a certification in Board governance from the Institute of Corporate Directors. Additionally, they received a Certified Fraud Examiner Certification from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, specializing in fraud & investigations. In the same year, they also completed a program in Governance, Risk & Compliance Professional from OCEG. Furthermore, they gained expertise in compliance & ethics management by earning a Corporate Compliance & Ethics Professional certification from the Society of Corporate Compliance & Ethics in 2008. Recent additions to their education include a Certification in Pensions Law from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School in 2022 and they are currently pursuing a GCB.D degree in ESG from ESG Competent Boards, which they are expected to complete by 2023.
