Katie Beach

Katie Beach has over 20 years of work experience in the field of legal recruiting and development. Katie is currently the National Director of Legal Recruiting at Seyfarth Shaw LLP, a position they have held since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Jones Day from 2016 to 2022, first as a Recruiting Manager and then as the Firm Manager of Lateral Recruiting. From 2012 to 2015, Katie served as the Legal Recruitment and Development Regional Manager at K&L Gates, and from 2005 to 2012, they were a Recruitment Advisor at Linklaters LLP. Katie began their career as a Recruitment Fellow at Teach For America from 2003 to 2005.

Katie Beach attended Northwestern University from 1999 to 2003, where they received a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Studies and History.
