AliciaST Ng has extensive experience in HR and business partnering roles. AliciaST is currently working at SGInnovate as the Deputy Director, Career and Business Partnering (Talent). Prior to this, they held several positions at SGInnovate, including Assistant Director, Career and Business Partnering (Talent) and Assistant Director, Business Partner (Talent). Before joining SGInnovate, they worked at Micron Technology as a Senior Business People Partner Manager. AliciaST Ng also has experience at Allegis Group as an HR Business Partner and HR Advisor, and at Qatar Airways as a Regional HR Business Partner. AliciaST started their career at ComfortDelGro as a Group HR Executive.

AliciaST Ng completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Business/Commerce, General from the University of Melbourne from 2008 to 2011. AliciaST then pursued a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from Murdoch University, which they completed from 2014 to 2016. In terms of certifications, they obtained various qualifications such as Persuasive Writing Skills from the British Council in 2022, and Business Implementation for Health/MedTech: Project to Market Overview from Duke-NUS Medical School in 2021. AliciaST also holds certifications in Fundraising Fundamentals for Healthcare Innovations, Fundamentals of the PDPA (2020), Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (KAH) from the Ministry of Manpower, DISC Trainer from DISC Asia, and International English Testing System (IELTS) - Australia from the Australian Department of Home Affairs.
