Matthew Cupps

Matthew Cupps has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, specializing in networking and compliance. Matthew is currently serving as the Corporate Director of Networking & Compliance at SH Hotels & Resorts since July 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Networking and Compliance at the same company from August 2021 to June 2023. Matthew has also worked at Edge Communications as the Area Technical Director for SH Hotels & Resorts from 2018 to July 2021. Before that, they served as the Regional Technology Director and Area Technology Manager for SH Hotels & Resorts at Deployed Technologies, LLC from 2015 to 2018. Matthew has also worked at Marriott Hotels as the Multi-Property Systems Manager from 2009 to 2015 and at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company as the Director of Systems from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they held the position of Area Systems Analyst at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company from 2004 to 2006.

Matthew Cupps attended Bentley University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics and Finance. Prior to attending Bentley University, they attended The Webb School.
