Franco Giorgio Alarcon Rojas

Franco Giorgio Alarcon Rojas has held various roles in the technology and business sectors since 2018. In 2018, they were the Jefe de Centro de Operaciones de Red at Optical Networks. In 2019, they were the Associate Business Development Manager at Nova Cloud and the Jefe de innovación at Maria Almenara. Their role at Maria Almenara included analysis, design, and implementation of improvements in production, supply chain, and customer experience, as well as development of a system for demand prediction and inventory model using machine learning and artificial intelligence. In 2020, they were the Consultor de innovación y tecnología at PQE Group and the CITO at Centralud. Franco Giorgio also taught at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. In 2021, they were the Implementation Manager at Shift One and the Business Data Analyst - R&D and Agile and Innovation Coach at BairesDev. As an Agile and Innovation Coach, they trained corporate teams on the agile methodology, oversaw the development of agile teams, and encouraged workers and leadership to embrace the agile methods. In 2022, they were the Sustainability Specialist at Ministerio de la Producción del Perú, where they developed sustainability project goals, objectives, initiatives, or strategies in collaboration with other gubernamental groups.

Franco Giorgio Alarcon Rojas has a diverse educational background. Franco Giorgio began their studies in 2005 at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, where they studied Ingeniería informática. In 2007, they completed their Telecommunications Engineer degree at the same university. From 2015 to 2016, they completed a Specialization at Yonsei University in Emerging Technologies: From Smartphones to IoT to Big Data Specialization. Franco Giorgio then completed a Diplomatura in Posgrado en Gestión de la Innovación y la Tecnología at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú in 2015. In 2015, they also completed their Maestría in Gestión y Política de la Innovación y la Tecnología at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. From 2019 to 2020, they completed a GCLOG 2020 at Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Gestión logística, de materiales y de la cadena de suministro. Currently, they are pursuing a Postgraduate Degree at UTEC - Universidad de Ingeniería y Tecnología in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.
