Pamela Brown

Pamela Brown has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as an Account Manager at Shafer Insurance Agency since September 2017. Prior to this role, Pamela worked at Willis Towers Watson as a Senior Client Service Specialist from April 2009 to September 2017, focusing on commercial lines for the Construction Division. Additional experience includes serving as an Account Executive at TIS Insurance Services, Inc. from April 2003 to April 2009, and as an Underwriter at Travelers from May 1990 to April 2001. Pamela holds an Associate of Science degree in Secretarial/Computer Science from Corning Community College, where studies were completed between 1987 and 1989.
