D. Adams is a highly experienced professional in data science and machine learning with a focus on artificial intelligence solutions for workforce development and education. Currently serving as the Head of Data Science at Shamrck since September 2020, D. Adams has been recognized with multiple awards, including a place in the Top 15 startups by the Established Startup of the Year competition, and received funding from both the Google for Startups Black Founders Fund and the US Department of Education SBIR Grant. D. Adams' expertise encompasses statistical analysis, predictive modeling, market analysis, and the implementation of machine learning architectures. Previous roles include contract positions at Upwork, Mondo, Oro Wellness, Spacepost, Gifnote®, and Sage AI, with a strong emphasis on natural language processing, machine learning, and software development. D. Adams holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Western Governors University and an additional Bachelor’s Applied Science in Computer Science/Data Science from Dominican University of California.
