Frank DiPatri has held a variety of roles in the past 10 years. In 2011, they worked as a Dillard's sales associate. In 2012, they worked as an Account Executive for DataSphere Technologies Inc. In 2013, they worked as an Enrollment Advisor for the University of Phoenix. In 2014, they worked as a General Manager for The Casual Pint - Chattanooga. In 2015, they worked as a Marketing Specialist for Realty 360° Properties. In 2016, they worked as a Financial Services Specialist for Regions Bank. In 2017, they worked as a Customer Onboarding Specialist and Customer Success Manager for GPS Insight. In 2020, they worked as a Customer Implementation Representative for Fullbay. In 2019, they co-founded Shamrck. Currently, they are working as a Customer Success Manager for Adaje Inc., where they handle all things customer service related from onboarding to training to support.

Frank DiPatri obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2009. In 2013, they earned a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. In June 2021, they obtained a certification in HubSpot Sales Software from HubSpot Academy.
