Latonya Lyles

Latonya Lyles has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Latonya most recently worked as Manager of Sales at Shared Health starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Community Relations Manager at UnitedHealthcare Community & State from August to December 2022. Before that, they had a long-term role at UnitedHealthcare as a Community Outreach Specialist from December 2017 to April 2022, where they were responsible for building partnerships and developing marketing strategies. Latonya also worked at the Mississippi Department of Health as a Health Program Specialist, Sr from December 2014 to December 2017, where they supervised implementation of regulatory measures and planned educational programs. Latonya worked as a Customer Care Supervisor at Humana from August 2014 to January 2015, establishing performance standards and managing call center operations. Prior to that, they worked at the City of Jackson Department of Planning & Development as a Community Services Coordinator from August 2008 to July 2014, where they organized and managed community services. Latonya'searliest recorded role was as a Program Specialist at Big Brothers Big Sisters of America from April 2008 to June 2009, where they conducted community outreach and evaluated children for a grant-funded project.

Latonya Lyles earned an Associate of Arts degree in Social Work from Hinds Community College between 2002 and 2004. Latonya then went on to complete their Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology at Belhaven University, graduating in 2006. From 2014 to 2016, Latonya pursued further education at Belhaven University, earning a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree.
