Ramandeep Bhinder

Ramandeep Bhinder has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Since 2021, they have been the Director of Business Applications at Shared Health-Soins Communs. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2020, they worked as the Associate Director of Enterprise Systems at the University of the Fraser Valley. From 2016 to 2019, they served as the Manager of Technology Services for Enterprise Applications at the University of Manitoba.

In 2012, Bhinder joined Manitoba eHealth - Winnipeg Regional Health Authority as the Lead for applications with the Community and Long-Term Care Group. Before that, from 2008 to 2012, they were a Senior Software Engineer at IMRIS, where they designed and developed medical imaging solutions for operating rooms. Additionally, from 2006 to 2008, Bhinder worked as a Software Group Manager at Linear Systems Canada Ltd., managing a cross-platform engineering team.

Earlier in their career, Bhinder held positions at Linear Systems Ltd. as a Software Engineer, where they created and maintained applications and APIs for digital content transmission. Ramandeep also worked as a Researcher at Tata Consultancy Services from 2001 to 2003.

Throughout their career, Bhinder has gained extensive experience in business applications, enterprise systems, technology services, and software development, with a particular focus on healthcare and medical imaging.

Ramandeep Bhinder completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from North Maharashtra University from 1995 to 1999. From 2000 to 2002, Ramandeep pursued an MSc degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Manitoba. In terms of additional certifications, Ramandeep obtained the following: Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate from Microsoft in December 2022, AZ-303: Microsoft Azure Architect Technologies from Microsoft in February 2022, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in June 2021, TOGAF 9 from The Open Group in April 2018, and ITIL V4 Foundation (obtained month and year are unknown).
