Luke Otterbein

Luke Otterbein, MSW, LCSW-C, currently serves as a Behavioral Health Care Manager at Sheppard Pratt, where responsibilities include conducting psychosocial assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing evidence-based therapy. Prior experience includes roles as Utilization Review Coordinator and Psychiatric Social Worker, contributing expertise in patient admissions, insurance coordination, and comprehensive treatment planning. Before joining Sheppard Pratt, Luke worked as a Hub Dispatch Supervisor at UPS and gained valuable clinical experience through internships at various organizations, including Kolmac Outpatient Recovery Centers and Baltimore City Public Schools. Luke holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
