Position Summary:

TSL is seeking a Channel Director who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take on the challenge of managing and optimizing our channel partnerships. As a self-starter, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships with key partners, driving sales growth, and expanding TSL’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders such as marketing firms, accountants, and private equity.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to drive mutual growth and success.

  • Channel Sales: Drive sales performance through channel partnerships, meeting or exceeding established quotas.

  • Event Participation: Represent TSL at industry events to establish and strengthen partnerships.

  • Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to develop and execute joint marketing initiatives with partners.

  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on partnership performance and sales metrics, and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of the overall channel strategy to achieve business objectives.

  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for channel initiatives.

  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to partners to ensure they are equipped to effectively promote TSL’s solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in sales or channel management.

  • Outstanding Performance Award Winner: ie. President’s Club, Top Performer, Elite of the Month, Pinnacle, Winner’s Circle etc.

  • Industry Knowledge: Preferably experienced in the technology or development agency sector.

  • Self-Starter: Demonstrated ability to take initiative and build new structures in a fast-paced environment.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in sales and marketing tools, with a strong understanding of partnership dynamics.

  • Analytical Ability: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive Compensation: $50,000 - $72,000 base salary with a possible $2,500 - $5,000 monthly draw for the first 6 months, 5% commission on revenue for the first 6 months of a deal, plus 2.5% on residuals for the lifetime of the deal and employment. Build a book of residual income while you drive new business.
