Victor Gialanella

Sr. Director, Field Operations at Shionogi

Victor Gialanella has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Victor started their career as an Internship/Co-op in Contract Administration at Johnson & Johnson in 1998 and later worked as an Analyst in the National Accounts Group. Victor then transitioned into a role as a Professional Sales Representative and eventually became the Manager of Franchise Analytics & Forecasting. In 2008, they joined Actavis (now Allergan) as an Associate Director of Market Research and later became the Director of Sales Planning & Analytics.

In 2015, Gialanella moved to Shionogi Inc. where they worked as the Director of Sales Operations. Victor continued to work in this role until 2017 when they joined Novartis as an FFO Business Partner. During their time at Novartis, they held various positions including Director of Sales Operations, Director of Incentive Compensation & Sales Planning.

Gialanella recently returned to Shionogi Inc. in 2022 as the Senior Director of Sales & Marketing Operations. With their extensive experience in sales operations, marketing operations, and sales planning, they bring valuable expertise to their current role.

Victor Gialanella attended Rutgers University from 1996 to 2000.
