Molly Snyder

Molly Snyder is the current Chief Business Officer at Shipt. Molly was previously the Senior Vice President, Public Affairs & Communications at U.S. Bank from September 2017 to May 2020. In this role, they were responsible for leading, creating, developing and executing integrated communications programs for one of country’s largest banks and its 70,000+ employees.

Molly was also responsible for all communications – external and internal – for the company’s revenue lines and digital and transformation initiatives, with direct accountability to six of the company’s C-suite leaders.

Molly led a global team of 30-plus external and internal communications professionals. Molly successfully redesigned the team, launching a strategically-focused, results-oriented team model aligned to business priorities.

Molly also built a regional field communications team from the ground up, creating a geographically aligned communications team focused on the company’s consumer bank. This team drove local and regional media coverage while internally focusing on field communications and employee engagement.

Molly advocated for, and secured, resources to invest in the function and the team, doubling team size and scope.

Molly advised C-suite leadership on communications strategies in support of complex business efforts for the company’s revenue lines, which includes consumer and business banking, digital, omnichannel, innovation, wealth management, investment services, corporate and commercial, and payments.

Molly Snyder earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Northwestern University.
