Helen Lumb

Helen Lumb is the current CFO at Shire Leasing. Prior to this, they were a director and co-owner of Indigo Performance Ltd from September 2012 to March 2014. Indigo Performance is a business devoted to working with businesses and individuals to enhance measurable business performance. They provide Learning & Development solutions enhancing Finance Business Partnering, Business Acumen and Commercial Awareness skills. From December 2011 to December 2014, Lumb was a partner at Jenson Solutions Ltd. Jenson Solutions is a firm of highly experienced finance professionals whose objective is to provide financial direction to organizations. As a non-executive director, Lumb has worked with several of Jenson's clients. Before that, they were the owner and director of Inspire GS Ltd from July 2009 to July 2010 and the owner and director of Insignia Finance Solutions Ltd from January 2009 to November 2011. Lumb is also an Executive Coach and has been running their own coaching company, Insignia Coaching, since December 2008.

Helen Lumb's educational career includes a BSc in Maths, Operational Research, Statistics, Economics from the University of Warwick, as well as training in Neuro Linguistic Programming and Mergers & Acquisitions from the Coaching Academy and London Business School.
