Lydia Chapman

Lydia Chapman is a Senior Consultant at SHL, a position held since April 2021, after previously serving as a Consultant. Prior experience includes working as Human Resources Staff at Asda from November 2020 to March 2021, and as an Administrator for the IP Relationship Team at evolve servicing limited from May 2019 to September 2019. Lydia also contributed to the Ministry of Justice in New Zealand as Deputy Registrar for the National Domestic Violence Programmes Team from September 2016 to April 2019. Lydia holds an MSc in Organizational Psychology from the University of Leeds (2019-2020) and a Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in Psychology from Victoria University of Wellington (2013-2018), alongside NCEA Level 1 and Level 2 qualifications from Wellington Girls' College (2010-2012).
