Josh McCullough

Josh McCullough has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition. Josh currently holds the position of Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Shoals Technologies Group since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Sazerac Company from June 2018 to March 2023. Josh also has experience working at The Kraft Heinz Company, where they served as the Head of Talent Acquisition for US Operations, Global IT, and GBS. Josh has held various roles within the company, including U.S. Talent Acquisition Lead, Manufacturing & Quality Assurance, and Head of Talent Acquisition for Heinz North America & World Headquarters. Before joining The Kraft Heinz Company, Josh worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant and HR Business Partner at Green Dot Corporation. Josh started their career as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Nestle USA and later became a Recruiting Supervisor at Guidance Software Inc.

Josh McCullough received their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh between 1998 and 2003.
