Sanson Ramos

Sanson Ramos is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Executive Sous Chef at Shooters Waterfront since November 2018, Sanson previously held positions as Sous Chef at Shula's 347 Grill and Executive Chef at Grill On The Alley. Additional experience includes serving as Kitchen Supervisor at The Cheesecake Factory and Head Chef at Soo-Woo Restaurant. Sanson Ramos's formal education was completed at Miami Dade College, contributing to a well-rounded skill set in culinary arts and restaurant management.
