Sinta Rami Sasanti

Sinta Rami Sasanti has extensive experience in customer service and operations management, currently serving as Head of Customer Service at Shopee since January 2018. Prior positions include Senior Manager of Customer Service at Lazada Group, where responsibilities encompassed managing multiple teams related to order management and seller support. Sinta has also held significant roles at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk as Operations Manager, overseeing a large staff and ensuring the achievement of KPIs in various project capacities. Previous experience includes operational roles at PT VADS Indonesia, including positions as Operations Supervisor and Workforce Management Team Leader, as well as early career roles at PT XL Axiata Tbk, where customer relations and service excellence were key focuses. Sinta holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Pancasila University, Jakarta.
