Sinta Rami Sasanti has extensive experience in customer service and operations management, currently serving as Head of Customer Service at Shopee since January 2018. Prior positions include Senior Manager of Customer Service at Lazada Group, where responsibilities encompassed managing multiple teams related to order management and seller support.
