Guy Stein

Head of Support at Shopic

Guy Stein started their work experience in 2005 at e-Glue, where they worked as a QA engineer and Automation Engineer until 2007. From 2007 to 2009, they served as the Performance focal point & Automation Leader, implementing Performance and Automation tools and methodologies. From 2008 to 2010, they were a QA Team Leader at e-Glue. In 2010, Guy joined NICE Ltd as a Senior QA Team Leader and later took on the role of Global Support Manager for NICE's Advanced Process Automations suite. In 2019, they became the Director of Business & Customer Operations until 2023 when they joined Shopic as the Head of Support.

Guy Stein began their education in 1996 at Amal, where they earned a diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Guy continued their studies at Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering from 2002 to 2005, earning a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in the same field of study.
