Sean Fay

Sean Fay has over 12 years of experience in the real estate industry. Sean is currently the Vice President - East Region at Shorenstein Realty Services since March 2020. Prior to that, they worked at TA Realty from October 2015 to March 2020, where they were responsible for sourcing, executing, and closing investments in various property types across multiple states. Sean successfully closed on 11 investments totaling over $615 million of equity. Before that, Sean worked at Shorenstein Realty Services from June 2014 to October 2015 in an acquisitions role. Sean also worked at J.P. Morgan as a VP from July 2009 to June 2014 and at Cabot Properties, Inc. as an Investment Associate from May 2008 to July 2009, where they completed over 20 acquisitions valued in excess of $300 million.

Sean Fay attended Fairfield University where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics. Prior to that, they attended Gonzaga College High School.
