Raziel Ramirez

Raziel Ramirez has been in the workforce since 2011. Raziel began their career at Convergys as a Technical Support Representative. In 2013, they moved to Teleperformance as a Desktop Support Engineer. From 2015 to 2021, they worked at Nidec Motor Corporation in various roles, including Information Technology Service Desk Team Lead, Information Technology Service Desk, and IT Security - Account Administrator. Most recently, they have been a Customer Support Expert at ShortPoint since 2021.

Raziel Ramirez attended Far Eastern University Fern from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
