Tashya Sendanayake

Tashya Sendanayake has held a variety of roles in the technology industry since 2011. In 2011, they were the Director of Sendaco, where they were responsible for setting up the legal entity and managing all legal obligations associated with the company. From 2012 to 2016, they were the Product Manager and International Product Manager at Capita Children's Services, where they identified new business opportunities, produced and implemented product launch plans, and identified and managed technical partnerships with local companies. From 2016 to 2018, they were the Head of Product at Soma Analytics, where they created and executed business development strategies, recruited and managed an interdisciplinary product development team, and created and ran an agile/lean product development environment. Finally, from 2018 to present, they have been the Chief Product & Delivery Officer, Head of Delivery, and Head of Product at Sideways 6, where they are creating and executing business development strategies, managing, developing and coordinating a multi-disciplinary team, and scaling the team and internal processes in line with company growth plans and product demand.

Tashya Sendanayake obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Management Studies from the University of Nottingham between 2007 and 2010.
