Richard Hill

Richard Hill worked as a Senior Consultant at Sierra-Cedar from December 1997 to August 2014. Richard had strong project management, systems analysis, and technical skills, with the ability to translate requirements into solutions. Prior to that, they were an Advanced Programmer Analyst at Ingram Book Company from March 1992 to November 1997. Richard also worked as a Programmer Analyst - Support Lead at OAO Corporation from June 1989 to February 1992, where they provided MIS support services to the Department of Defense.

Richard Hill attended Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 1986 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Computer Information Systems.
