Caspar Woolley

Caspar Woolley has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Starting in 2002, they worked at John Lewis Partnership, first as the Head of Business Development and then as the Director of Financial Services. Caspar then joined AVIS as the Vice President of Fleet from 2006 to 2008. In 2008, they became the Chief Executive Officer at eCourier.co.uk, a fast-growing same-day courier business. Following that, they founded and served as the CEO of Beautysorted from 2015 to 2017. In 2014, they became a Non-Executive Director at GAME Digital plc and held the position until 2018. Caspar also served as a Non-Executive Director at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust from 2015 to 2020. In 2010, Caspar co-founded Hailo, a virtual-hail app for taxis, and served as a Director. In 2018, they became a Pledger at Founders Pledge, a global community of entrepreneurs committed to donating a portion of their proceeds to social causes. Currently, they are a Founder and Chair at Sifted, a Financial Times-backed new media site focused on supporting European start-ups. Additionally, they are a Non-Executive Director at Mater Private Network.

Caspar Woolley attended the University of Cambridge from 1986 to 1989, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with Economics. Caspar continued their studies at the same institution and obtained a Master's degree as well.
