Adrian Eje

Adrian Eje has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Adrian is the founder of Stutter Steps Basketball Academy, where they serve as a Basketball Skills Development Coach. Adrian has also worked as an Assistant Basketball Coach at KL Dragons Basketball Academy and as an International Brand Ambassador (Malaysia) at Ganon Baker Basketball. In the technology sector, they have held positions such as SAP Basis Engineer at T-Systems Malaysia, SAP Basis Consultant at Astrums Consulting Sdn Bhd and msg global solutions, and SAP Basis Administrator at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Adrian has also worked as a Technical Support Representative at eTelecare Global Solutions. Currently, they are working as a Customer Success Advocate at Traction Guest.

Adrian Eje pursued their education in a sequential manner. Adrian began their educational journey in 2005 and completed it in 2008 at AMA Computer College - Batangas, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology. After graduating, they sought further education in the field of sports management. In 2019, they enrolled in Sports Management Worldwide, where they obtained a Basketball GM and Scouting Certificate the following year in 2020.

In addition to their formal education, Adrian Eje has also obtained various certifications. In January 2019, they became Ganon Baker Basketball Certified at the Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced levels from Ganon Baker Basketball. Adrian also completed the Jr. NBA Coaches Academy conducted by Jr. NBA Asia in June 2019. In July of the same year, they attended the SBP Coaches Summit conducted by Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas. Furthermore, in August 2019, Adrian obtained an IMPACT Basketball Player Development Specialist certification from IMPACT Basketball.

Continuing their professional development, Adrian acquired the Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate certification from Microsoft in November 2019. In October 2018, they obtained the SAP Certified Technology Associate - SAP HANA 2.0 (SPS00) certification from SAP SE. Lastly, in January 2023, Adrian acquired the Respect in Sport - Activity Leader certification from Sask Sport.
