Evan Scott Wong

Evan Scott Wong currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Signature Aviation, a position held since July 2023. Previously, Evan held multiple leadership roles in talent acquisition at renowned companies, including Sr. Manager of Global University Recruiting at Microsoft from April 2022 to July 2023, and two senior manager positions at L3Harris Technologies from March 2020 to April 2022. Prior to that, Evan worked at Boeing for nearly six years, focusing on global talent sourcing and corporate functions. Starting a career at Aerotek as an Account Recruiting Manager from October 2011 to October 2014, Evan has built a strong foundation in recruitment and talent strategy. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications with a focus on Business and Marketing from San Diego State University, obtained between 2005 and 2009.
